After completion of the TEFL course, candidates may choose either volunteer or
paid internship depending on the availability. While teaching as volunteers the
teachers may not earn any salary / remuneration but they will be awarded the
most valuable teaching experience certificate. This experience certificates will
be given by both the schools in India or Thailand and the placement partner.
With this experience certificates it will be possible for the teachers to get
ESL job placements anywhere in the world.
