After successful application, you will be asked to pay a deposit, which is non-refundable. (unless otherwise stated). You will be asked to pay your final payment wherever applicable which once paid is also non-refundable. The decision of the project coordinator to be held final as staffing of the course and accommodation involve fixed costs that are paid in advance and are non-reversible. The institution cannot guarantee to replace course members who subsequently drop out.

If for any reason you wish to subsequently cancel your place on the course after your part or full payment (i.e. deposit plus balance) have been paid, ASIAN COLLEGE OF TEACHERS cannot provide any refund except for exceptional circumstances. The course organizer's decision is final. In any case, the deposit is non-refundable. The reason for this is that the staffing for the course and accommodation have fixed costs which have to be paid for in advance and based on a specific number of course members in the group.

As part of our pre-screening process, applicants are requested to submit an account of their personal history and background and of their motives for joining the course, as well as their future aspirations. Inaccuracies or fraudulent claims in the application are grounds for dismissal from the course.

For the online courses, if for any reason you do not complete the assignments satisfactorily within the stipulated period and it is agreed that an extension of time or further assignments are possible later, you will be liable to pay additional charges to cover additional staff time. If you withdraw from the moderation of your current course and wish to enter moderation on a later course, an additional moderation fee must be paid.

Some of the ACT courses are not graded and the final certificate will usually be available on successful completion of all the course assignments. The certificates are dispatched free of cost within India. For other countries a moderate fee is charged for courier.

ASIAN COLLEGE OF TEACHERS offers various teaching certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, post graduate and advanced post graduate courses. New activities and services are also advertised.

Asian College of Teachers is a private autonomous organization and have no accreditation from and connection with the Ministry of Education, NCTE or any other Governmental body in India, Thailand and the UK. ACT is not a degree-granting institution and is not accredited by UGC, AICTE or any other regulatory body in India.

Asian College of Teachers is the registered Trading and Brand name of TTA Training Pvt., Ltd, India, Asia Teachers Training Co., Ltd, Thailand, Asian College Of Teachers Ltd, United Kingdom and Asian College of Teachers LLC, USA. ACT is not a formal degree granting College and it's Certificates, Diplomas, Post Graduate Diplomas are issued solely by them. Asian College of Teachers hasbeen accredited, certified and endorsedby several global awarding and accrediting bodies. The name College is used in the "Branding" because it's an educational institution and establishment as per the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the company, in particular one providing higher education or specialised professional or vocational training.
